Another (rather beautiful) book to clutter up my house
A few weeks ago, I received my copy of this beautiful book – the catalogue for an exhibition at the Bargello in Florence on the life of Dante Alighieri, which I translated with my estimable colleagues Sonia Hill, Sarah Ponting and Oona Smyth. It was something of an epic project, with a rather tight deadline. The content is as weighty as the rather hefty tome, aimed at the specialist reader, but it’s a lovely item to delve into!
